General5 is strongly aware of the importance of the protection of personal information, and pays close attention to its handling. Therefore, we have established this Privacy Policy to prescribe how information relating to the user is obtained, used, disclosed, transferred, and stored.

6. Children

In principle, our service does not deliberately obtain information by which an individual can be specified from children aged under 13. In the event of our company having obtained information by which an individual can be specified from a child aged under 13 without parental consent in any situation, appropriate measures shall be taken in order to promptly delete such information from our records.

7. Destruction of Obtained Information

Obtained personal information shall be discarded when reasonably deemed unnecessary in consideration of normal business operations.

9. Amendment of the Privacy Policy

We may update the privacy policy from time to time, and major amendments to the privacy policy shall be posted on the website along with the latest privacy policy. Amendments to the privacy policy shall be applied from the time that they are posted on the website or application.

In the event of there being a discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this privacy policy, the Japanese version shall be applied with precedence.
